The objective of this document is to establish a standarized and coherent process for the development of software for a specific project or in other words to identify the requiremnets & specifications for the netwrok simulator. it also covers the system analysis and design. all possible efforts have been done to present design and architectrue of the software to the readers. all issues in the analysis, design and developmentt have been thoroughly thought over and taken advice upon but still we hope theat room of imrovment is there
