strongly disagree. The nature ofthis research is causal and explanatory.

because each ofwork-life balance variable has a Sig. P value that is < 0.05.
Limitations:
Limitations to this research are that data has only been collected from organizations working
in Karachi, so the findings or results cannot apply to overall country or region.

Organizations should implement or add WLB strategies and policies and they should allow
employees to work accordingly in order to receive better performance from them and it will
also support overall companies’ results and outcomes because workforce will never get
frustrated and they will just have a full focus on their work
