Abstract:
The sole purpose to conduct this very research project is to analyze and explore the impact of
change management on employee performance and morale in an organization. Because the
management of change is considered crucial which include all approaches and strategies to
help individuals/ employees and organization to introduce organizational change. To conduct
this specific project, the author of this research has adopted both qualitative and quantitative
methods. Further, a questionnaire is adopted to gather the data and then the data
examined through SPSS. Further Reliability and regression were used to check the link
between variables. The explanatory research approach helped the author to explain and
discuss the impact of change manage in relevance. From the results and findings, the author
has concluded that there is a strong relationship between employee performance, morale and
change management. He also estimated that there is an effect of change management not
only on the performance of employees but also on entire organization. The future research in
this regard, could be conducted to learn the ways of effective management and
communication strategies adoption to further enhance the performance of overall
organization to remain competent. One limitation of this research is that there are number of
other dimensions that could be considered e.g., job satisfaction, commitment, perception and
other HR practices but this paper focus on two variables that is enterprise performance and
Employee’s morale.
