Abstract:
Purpose:
The purpose ofthis research was to find out the effect of inventory management practices on
organizational performance in public and private hospitals.
Methodology & Design:
The study as use the explanatory design of research as it helps in develop a cause and effect
relationship. In this research 115 questionnaires have been filled to analyze the data using
Reliability test, ANOVA and Regression analysis.
Findings:
After performing the research, we were able to identify inventory related conflicts and
problems along with their most convenient solutions. Furthermore there were a lot of key
factors that were ignored and never addressed although they played a pivotal role in assessing
inventory management. The variables found through this research lead to effective inventory
management coming up with better and more efficient organizational performance.
Organizational performance can be boosted by a several methods but the most effective one
was by applying different techniques and programs enhancing a rigid control over inventory
management related issues and thus coping with them could become easier.
Limitations:
Limitations observe during the research there are lots of restrictions and limitation which I
have to face like hospital restrictions, Covid-19 restrictions and ignorance and lack ofinterest
ofmanagers.
Recommendations:
My recommendation to all the readers and analyzers to implement the practices which most
ofthe people say that is useful for making better the performance ofthe hospitals.
