Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to explore the dimensions of green supply chain
management (GSCM) practices i.e. Eco-design, Green purchasing, and Reverse logistics on
environmental performance, these are the aspects of corporate sustainability.
Methodology & Design: This study has used the explanatory design of research because it
helps in developing a cause and effect relation between GSCM practices and Environmental
performance. Sample size is 214 respondents. The data is analyzed using frequencies,
percentages, Cronbach’s alpha and SEM.
Findings: The results show that each independent variable of GCSM practices has positive
impact on Environmental performance which is the dependent variable, because each ofthem
have Sig. P value less than 0.05.
Limitations: This research looked at how GSCM techniques are implemented in
manufacturing companies. Other sorts of businesses, such as wholesalers and retailers, can be
represented using the model.
Recommendations: In developing nations, most producers' top goals are to better their
economic condition and minimize economic hazards. Businesses that focus on short-term
profitability, on the other hand, would not be possible in the remote future ifthey neglect the
environment.
