Abstract

With the expansion of Internet, great opportunities have become available for people to come closer. In this day and age computer is not limited to one roof. Different people have tried to use the internet for communication in different ways. This facility provides an easy access to knowledge around the world. Nowadays any organization which has their chain of offices can't follow the conventional ways, which are slower and more insecure, to manage them. The idea in the rear developing this software was to endow with an automation system through which an organization can manage it's all the branches in the course of its head office. Our software is for human resource system as well as decision support system. The conveniences provided are to control the Job, CV, Employee, Payroll, and Leave systems
