Abstract:
In spite of the fact that mobile financial services are popular in every region of the world, there is still a huge population that does not support the technology. The purpose of this study is to identify and inquire into the contextual relationships that exist between a varieties of elements that play a role in the utilization of mobile financial services (MFSs). In the paper, we use SPSS methodology for identifying dependent and independent variables. Using SPSS analysis, the components were separated into the following four groups: autonomous, linkage, dependent, and driving. These groups were determined based on the dependence and driving iv force of the components. The conclusion demonstrates that the most important component in encouraging the adoption of MFS is creating favorable conditions, which calls for special attention from the authorities for improved technological application. The findings will help managers at telecom companies and banks allocate resources to the most important sectors of their businesses. Cross tabulations, frequency analyses, and percentage breakdowns were used throughout the entire process of designing and analyzing the data. For the purpose of testing hypotheses, the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) and the chi-square (X2) functions included in SPSS version 25.0 were utilized.
