dc.description.abstract Developing wmnmg business strategies relies on making informed choices, which requires the availability of reliable, relevant and timely information. The purpose of competitive intelligence analysis is to make sense of. the vast amounts of data available about the environment, about competitors, and about markets. Competitors Information System is based on a similar concept. Competitor' s data that was previously scattered in all the departments, would now be collected and complied in a single place thus facilitating i the decision making process. Competitors Information system wi II provide higher managcmen t the reports about the competitor's activities . These can then be used for both evaluation of the company's working and comparison with the competitors. VI en_US
