dc.description.abstract Employee Assessment System is developed for the office of Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP). In AGP decisions for the promotion and transfer of civil servants are made after appropriate assessment. This IS done by thoroughly reviewing the records of employees. Therefore it IS required that accurate and inclusive information highlighting the characteristics of the person must be available in time. Employee Assessment System provides organized and efficient means of data storage and retrieval. Consequently eliminating the dilemma of maintaining and utilizing employee records effectively. On the basis of stored data comprehensive reports are generated. These reports show personal profile, service history, educational proficiency and performance evaluation of the employees who are serving in AGP. Thus assisting the higher authorities of AGP during the process of evaluation. en_US
