dc.description.abstract Employers received mountains of paperwork in response to advertised job vacancy. To process numerous applications is time consuming and costly. In manual system all the information is kept in the paper files and the maintenance, modification and retrieval of information is very tedious. The new system will provide computerized tracking for all the applicants having the powerful search facility to seek targeted candidates through thousands of entries, resume collection in standardized format against each vacancy, short listing of candidates instantly, quick and easy way to post vacancy, grading candidates based on short listing and interviewing, automated selection of candidates through customized filters. Following are the main modules of the software. • Vacancies Management. • Resume Submission • Resume Management • Short Listing • Test scoring and interview scoring • Merit List Generation Cost effective and time saving Process, Vacancy can be posted anytime, for various position vacancies. Software will consists of two parts. A web based interface for online resume submission, second windows interface part for human resource management department. The resume information will be available in resume databank for processing. It will also provide customized reporting facilities. User can prepare shortlist for test and interview and on the basis of test and interview scoring merit list will be prepared for selected candidates. en_US
