dc.description.abstract This report was prepared as a part of final year project of MCS program and explains the need, analysis & working of database system developed for Electronic Technology Division (ETD) of Askari Commercial Bank Limited, Head Office, The Mall, Rawalpindi. This system is developed for the Locker section and can be integrated with their main system. The system study took a lot of time and much emphasis was placed on the analysis phase so as to allow the system to be compatible with the modules that will be developed in the future to enhance the functionality of the system. Locker System is a database system that will be used by the Askari Commercial Bank Limited. This system will automate certain jobs that were done manually before. The functionality of the system includes: It maintains the record of the locker/cabinets in the specific branch as well as maintains the record of their customers, and do keep tracking of rent due in case of over due. When ever a new locker/Cabinet is launched, they have to be record properly, as to allot lockers to customers using this information. There is functionality in the system to make rent information of the locker according to their size and Category. Customer record is a vital functionality that is implemented in this software. The management has to keep track of the payments made by the customers and the amount they are due to pay in case of rent overdue. It keeps track or the transactions. en_US
