dc.description.abstract	The MLCS (Multi Language Chat System) is the most sophisticated software that works over a LAN. MLCS is windows based Utility application that has been developed to fill the needs of the IT industry. The product idea is based to facilitate the User to have a Chatting Software in Urdu Language. Urdu Language is different from English in more than one ways. It is written from right to left. Second major difference is that Urdu alphabets are complex because every alphabet can have more than one shape. Every single Urdu alphabet can have up to four shapes. For this we have to make an algorithm to check the occurrence of the preceding alphabet before printing the next one. Beside the Urdu and English Text Messaging clients will also be able to communicate simultaneously by the use of voice chat feature instead of making a phone call to other connected clients ..	en_US
