dc.description.abstract Speed has become the driving force of every business in the modem age. High-End Printing industry is nothing different. A few seconds of delay in one print can result in weeks delay due to the huge volumes of printing jobs. So speed factor is the difference between success and failure in business. There are no two opinions over the fact that manual systems are slow, but when it comes to the requirements of modem age high-end print industry, it can safely be said that computer based conventional systems too are enough slow to ruin the business. This is exactly where the need of a distributed, end-to-end high-end print solution is required which has the capability, not only to manage huge printing jobs, but to provide such an ease of use that was never enjoyed before. Flex Server Reprint System is exactly the required solution. For the first time multiple printstream VIewmg with the sophisticated user interface is introduced. Data mining is possible on the print streams based on templates or area definitions. Advance rule based printing support is introduced to satisfy the sophisticated requirement of high-end print industry. FRS constructs the final print stream on fast processors instead of printers, which haYe low processing power. Handling a variety of print streams with support of huge files can save millions of dollars, valuable time and human resources. en_US
