dc.description.abstract	This report describes a database of Estate Office Islamabad, Ministry of Housing and Works Government of Pakistan. The system maintains information related to at least every type of government Assets under the control of Estate office Islamabad either they are commercial (shops, petrol pumps), residential, office buildings and the assets owned by these buildings(Civil, electrical). Manual system already exists but for better data manipulation and reports, new computerization system has been developed using Oracle RDBMS. The system provides data insertion, updating and deletion of records. Various types of reports are also generated by the system.	en_US
