dc.description.abstract	RBES involves extensive use of programming tools i.e. Visual Basic, Crystal Reports and MS-SQL Server2000. It is divided in to four logically different modules which might be conveniently referred to as the front end (RBES Client/Interface) and the backend MS SQL Server2000. These modules combine cohesively to provide the services required by the users of Red Ball International. RBES is developed to facilitate the daily activities of the employees of Red ball International. They can use the services related to order tracking, correspondence management, inventory control and accounts managements. RBES package is a working model for any up coming developer who would be interested in developing export related software for any exporting company which is still not working e electronically	en_US
