Abstract

\Vith the passage of time, progress of science by leaps of bounds in the life of human being is shaping tuning and turning towards luxury. Human being is busy to mold the life towards the ease not only in his home but also in the offices. With the evolution of computer science the concept of Networking took birth. Now modern trend of Networking is setting its growth in Organizations to forms their own Local Area Networks to make their work easy, fast and sharable with the help of computers. On the bases of the LAN, an administrator is the key person who looks after the LAN so that's why there is an idea to make the administrator stronger than the previous role he performed, which proposed that each activity performed in the LAN should be in awareness of administrator and he could perform his tasks accordingly i.e. every activity should be monitored, performed and processed by the Administrator. I tried to work in this field and named this software as "LAN MASTER". Although this is a very vast topic and need lot of research and work but here I tried to build our project wile considering some or few of its aspects. This system will facilitate the Administrator and Higher Management monitor the Network any time they want according to their required information. The administrator is aware of all the remote user activities and if he cam make them work accordingly to his own choice as asked by the higher management. He can stop/start remote services in the LAN, also know about their system properties remotely and is not bothered to go to individual remote computer, create process on remote compute as well as terminate processes. Remote computers connected to LAN are accessed very quickly and smoothly without wastage of time: It will also facilitate the Higher Management of the Organization in accordance with the preparation of reports about the computers connected to the LAN. In this system, only the administrator has the right to perform changes 1.e. start/stop services of local and remot~ computers, create or terminate process of any remote computer. He can also Ban or allow any process on any computer in LAN. No further person has right to access the remote system. The system will display the local and remote system information, services, processes as well as the representation of the reports and to generate them with different options.
