dc.description.abstract | The software developed will be of great facility in order to efficiently manage the day-today business of an organization. This particular product is meant to automate the two major business areas of Chemical Business, that is inventory and accounts. Different services that are going to be provided by the inventory management system are that the inventory control database will store Product information, Information about buying and selling inventory, Purchase order information, Categories, Information about employees, Suppliers. Complete record of all the items stored in the Organization will be maintained. Software will have report generation capability to provide the management with the inventory information and decision support. A complete accounts management system will be provided to support day to day business transactions. Software is supposed to maintain record and generate reports of the accounts for the Executive Management of the company. The transactions occurred at particular date will be recorded under corresponding head of accounts like assets, liabilities etc. Also individual journals are prepared to record the transactions occurred as a result of particular deal. | en_US |
