Abstract:
Resource Management System is developed for the Pakistan Ordinance Factories (POF): The main aim of this software 1s to computerize the stores as well as the personnel department. The software not only keeps the records but al so generates important reports. It minimizes the total time from creation of item code, demand to items received in the store. All ledgers maintains automatically on the basis of daily transactions in the store department. The workload for the Procurement Department has minimized and the total time reduced from months to days. Complete information about the employees is available on single click. The software is developed in Developer 2000 using Oracle 8 as a database management system
