dc.description.abstract People’s lifestyles have changed over the years. People find crowded markets awkward and time-consuming. Since E-Commerce saves a lot of time, it’s a good thing. In online shopping, customers buy products, services, and other items directly from a seller over the Internet, bypassing any middlemen. Customers can shop from the comfort of their own homes while sitting in front of a computer at web retailers or just in their smart phones . Consumers can access online retailers at any time of day or night because they are often open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a result, shopping online is a no-brainer for them. Online shopping, especially during the Christmas season, is attractive since it eliminates the need to wait in long lines or seek for a specific item in a store. Online shoppers can choose from a wide range of things. As a result, the researcher wants to find out what the customers want. As a result, we spoke with fifty people and gathered information on their preferences for purchasing online en_US
