Attendance System Using QR Code

Abstract

The report includes how it is necessary to have an application in our daily life, where students and teachers can use to mark their attendance using QR scanner, so that no time will be wasted, and more time will be available to teach students in the class. The proposed system is designed on an android app using java language and android studio. It scans the QR code and immediately marks the attendance of the student, if the students have registered themselves on the application. Moreover, the application also stores the timetable of the student, where the student can view the timetable and notify that which would be the next class. Student can also write their notes by setting up the priorities, so that they can check which notes are the important to look at, such as any upcoming assignment or quizzes for the course
