dc.description.abstract The current research was intended to explore the association between Workplace Sexual Harassment, Coping Strategies and Psychological Well-Being among working women. The sample comprised of 355 working women; age 20-60 years old (M=1.37 & SD=0.69) were selected. The data was collected from Islamabad and Rawalpindi via purposive and convenient sampling technique. Data were collected using the Sexual Harassment Experience Scale (SHEQ), Coping with Harassment Scale (CWHS) and Flourishing Scale (FS). Results revealed that workplace sexual harassment was positively correlated with coping strategies and negatively correlated with psychological well-being. There was a significant difference among Workplace Sexual Harassment and study variables. There was a significant difference among Workplace Sexual Harassment, Coping Strategies and Psychological Well-Being along the demographic variables. Implications, Limitations and Recommendations for future studies were also discussed. en_US
