dc.description.abstract The present study was conducted to explore romantic jealousy, relationship contingent self-esteem and relationship satisfaction among university students. The sample consisted of 350 university students between the age of 18-40 years (M=23.02, SD=3.51). Convenient sampling technique was used to collect data from universities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Three measures were used in the study i.e. jealousy scale for jealousy, couple satisfaction index-16 for relationship satisfaction, and relationship contingent self-esteem scale for relationship contingent self-esteem. Results show that there is negative relationship between relationship satisfaction and jealousy (r=-.18, p <.01). Whereas, relationship-contingent self-esteem has positive relationship with relationship satisfaction (r=.20, p <.01) and jealousy (r=.15, p <.01). There are also additional findings, limitations and future recommendation present. en_US
