dc.description.abstract | In today’s modern world, most of the people like to organize their crucial events at outdoor places like in which marquees are most common. Arranging and organizing events like wedding ceremony, small to medium size parties like for e.g., birthday party, religious events like Aqeeqa, Naat Khwani etc. and other political meetups are headache because everything needs to be perfectly, timely and creatively managed as to properly satisfy all the people or participants involved in a particular event as well as the other issue is that there is dirt and mess up things all around after the happening of the event. People are concerned about their crucial events and they want to choose best marquees (in terms of food quality, decoration, security, sound/lightning, catering, capacity, reputation and many more) near or far to them and for this purpose, they go form marquee to marquee having transport costs as well as effort and time costs and the decision making is hard and even after selecting a marquee i.e. by their own choice and efforts, they are not happy accordingly after the happening of their desired crucial event and on the hand, marquees are not normally being advertised (ad campaigns like on social application i.e. Facebook or TV commercials) as it requires budget and proper management/direction (for this purpose, the dedicated system has recommendation system) and the other thing is that these marquees don’t quickly improve or enhance their processes and go in daily routine operations as traditionally being done from years as because there is no competition between marquees people just go to them and they organize their events on normal routines. So, by using the dedicated application based on mobile (as cellphone is portable & available every time), users (general public) can search for different marquees near (in close location ranges) to them in their desired price ranges and can make quick and better decisions based on the previous users comments/feedbacks and reviews i.e. likes and dislikes (effective spam free [authentic users who have really used services of a particular marquee] feedback mechanisms) who have already interacted with the searched/selected marquee and after selecting the marquee, users can generate the estimated bill/costs with details and can do payment online (10% token [booking of marquee] payment) as well as can contact directly to the selected marquee’s owner/manager first before payment. Marquees on the other hand will get popular/reputation and different marquees may enhance/improve their services in competition as well as can manage user desired events efficiently and timely (according to user need) and if some disaster happen at marquee side, they can centrally notify to all the associated users i.e., those users who have booked schedules in that marquee. | en_US |
