dc.description.abstract The success of a project is an essential attribute as it determines the survival of an organization or business entity in the longer run by providing a reasonable justification for the allocation of resources. Various research studies have been carried out in past to understand the project success and the factors that could affect it. Contributing to the existing literature, this particular research project has considered two key variables i.e., the wellbeing of project teams, and stress tolerance of project teams to determine their impact upon the project success while considering the mediating role of mental health and moderating role of PM's leadership style. The findings of this research project have deduced that the aforementioned variables can significantly influence project success. For this particular research project, a quantitative research strategy was adopted where the research data was collected from 260 research participants using online and offline questionnaires. Certain merits were placed to determine the eligibility of research participants. The collected research data was then analyzed using a degree of performance tests to determine the reliability, validity, and correlation. Analytical tools such as IBM SPSS and MS Excel were used to conduct a thorough analysis of the research data to derive the findings. The analysis of the research data revealed that factors such as Well-being and stress tolerance of project teams have a positive relationship with the project success. As stated earlier, the study also considered the mediating and moderating role of mental and PM's leadership style respectively; therefore, it was concluded that these factors may have a significant influence upon all the variables associated with this research project. If summarized, the findings of this research project provide a shred of credible evidence to support the existence of a positive relationship between wellbeing, and stress tolerance of project teams and project success. The findings. of this research project will help the practitioners and future researchers to understand the impact of Project teams' well-being, VIII stress tolerance, mental health, and the PM's leadership style on project success as well as, it will also enable the project managers at WASA to adopt better employee motivation practices by taking their mental health and wellbeing into account. en_US
