dc.description.abstract Emotional Intelligence (EI) is considered significant for the project team members in effecting the performance of project, however, emotional intelligence not always plays effective role. From the theory of Emotional Intelligence, this study explains impact of team members’ emotional intelligence on the performance of project. The study results shows that emotional intelligence of team members’ effects the performance of project, by the mediating effect role of project commitments and complexity of project negatively moderate effect of team members’ emotional intelligence and performance of project. This study explains how the team members handles emotional intelligence in complex situations. en_US
