dc.description.abstract This research aimed at exploring the influence of different dimensions of CSR on three dimensions of FP. CSR is explored in terms of CSR towards society, employees, and R&D, and FP in terms of NPM, ROA, and EPS. The data was collected from the financial reports of the oil & gas companies from 2010 to 2020 for 11 years. Furthermore, the research has used data from 8 public listed companies operating in the oil & gas sector of Pakistan. Data from the oil & gas companies’ were collected and analyzed using panel regression. The results show that CSR initiatives made by the oil & gas companies have a positive and significant impact on the FP of the companies. The study provides guidelines for developmental managerial level in the oil & gas sector, about why and under what circumstances the oil & gas companies’ FP in terms of NPM, EPS and ROA are affected. This research will assist concerned managers about how they can use to increase financial performance of their company by using CSR tool. en_US
