dc.description.abstract The study examines the influence of quality management practices on project performance and the indirect association of quality management practices with project performance through mediating role of intellectual capital. Quality management practices may be one of the most successful strategies to improve project performance. Drawing on the resource-based view (RBV) and institutional theory, the study examines the impact of quality management practices (QMP) on project performance (PP) through mediating role of intellectual capital (IC). The sample frame of 329 employees serving in different NGOs and public healthcare organizations was selected. Data was analyzed on Smart PLS 3.2.7 by applying SEM. The outcome reveals that quality management practices have a significant impact on project performance. The study found partial mediation of intellectual capital on the linkage between quality management practices and project performance. Although there is an increased significance of quality management practices in the healthcare sector, there is a lack of research that examines the inter-linkage of quality management practices, intellectual capital, and project performance. The present study is one of the first studies to ascertain the relationship between quality management practices, intellectual capital, project performance. We empirically examine the interrelationships among these variables and enlighten insights into the current literature by immediately investigating the mediating role of intellectual capital en_US
