| dc.description.abstract | The adoption of Industrialise building system is an alternative method for the construction of project and the developed countries are adopting this method. Industrialize building system is a system in which all the building component in all the components of the building such as column, walls, beam, slabs etc. are massively produced in the factory or the factory that is on the construction site with a quality control under strict action. IBS could provide benefits as compared to conventional method. IBS have a huge benefit on the construction projects. However, in Pakistan convention methods is still followed due to some issues in IBS. This study is about the investigation of barriers for the IBS implementation in the residential building of Pakistan. A quantitative study will be made for the collection of the primary data. Questionnaire will be distributed among the experts of the construction field. The findings of the study will indicate about about the barriers of the top ranked in IBS implementation in Pakistan | en_US |
