dc.description.abstract Job Security in the humanitarian sector is a general phenomenon in Pakistan since last couple of years. In this regard there are multiple factors which are influenced by Job Security, the empirical research study aims to investigate the impact of Job Security on Job Satisfaction and Employees’ Performance in the humanitarian sector of Pakistan. Simultaneously to figure out the moderation affect of HR practices on the relationship of Job Security with Job Satisfaction and Job Security with Employees’ Performance. A questionnaire survey method was adopted to collect date from top level management and middle level career employees of small, medium and large humanitarian organizations of major cities of Pakistan. A response of 86.95% was obtained bases on 320 valid responses from the sample of 450 potential participants that received the survey. The cross-sectional data were used to test the direct relationships and moderating effects through regression analysis and Process method respectively. The finding indicates that Job Security have an impact over the Job Satisfaction level in organizations and also affects the Employees’ Performance. Moreover, the relationship between Job Security with Job Satisfaction and Job Security with Employees’ Performance is moderated by HR Systems i.e. Organizational Culture, Retention Plan and Employee Relations. en_US
