Abstract:
Overseas outsourcing is a most widely used method for organization to get competitive
advantage, but most of the organization failed to achieve high gains due to the miscalculation of
the outcome of outsourcing. The success of the company is mostly depending on the better
understanding of the impact of outsourcing. The most common type of outsourcing describe here
when a host company outsourced its management operation to third party service provider. The
objective of the study is to determine the relationship between Overseas Outsourcing and Human
Resource Management and how it’s contributed towards employee performance and employee
layoff.
The research conducted here is to determine the relationship between overseas outsourcing and
human resource management. This study mainly emphasize on how overseas outsourcing along
with its dimension the third party outsource service provider namely Etisalat and Culture impact
on human resource management that is measured in term of employee performance and
employee layoff.
The deductive approach has used and the study is quantitative in nature. Hypotheses were
developed and there were 32 questions created of independent and dependent variable along with
theirs dimension. The data analysis has conducted with spss on a sample size of 60 employees.
The different test has conducted such as correlation analysis, regression analysis and pie chart.
The result displayed a positive relationship between variables. The data analysis has proved that
research study has achieved its objective by displaying that there exist a positive relationship
exist between independent and dependent variable.
