dc.description.abstract Purpose: The target of the research study was to analyze elements that affect staff productivity at the AKUH, K. The investigation tried to set up the degree to which classes of given elements specifically corporate administration, Motivation, staff skill and training influenced worker productivity. AKUH, K is a private sector, not-for-profit driven organization that gives tertiary level medical services plus advance medical education literacy. AKUH, K is a chief supplier of quality nursing in serving patients. Methodology & Design: In order to accomplish the point of the research, the analyst took the design of survey that is descriptive and information was gathered from respondents by circulating online questionnaire. The questionnaires were passed to the workers who were the employee of AKUH, K. When relevant information was gathered, analyst analyzes rates and frequencies of the similar responses. The analyzed results were shown in tables and charts, where required. Findings: The investigation set up that the expressed variables influenced productivity. Dominant part of the staffs concurred that the expressed elements influenced productivity by and large with motivation and staff training extraordinarily affecting productivity while communication as well as governance were seen as influencing productivity to an average degree. Additionally settled were different components not expressed that influenced productivity, comprising salary and compensation structure, encouragement, correct tools and working environment. This was noticed that a mean ofscore inferring little to no degree was not gotten in any ofthe variables. It was along these lines presumed that every one of the factor expressed influenced productivity generally. Limitations & Recommendations: The investigation prescribed management and administration to view productivity of staff appropriately as it is a methods by which supervisors and their subordinates can talk about basic work issues in a precise way other than different methodologies. Examination likewise suggested that a comparable report might be directed in general wellbeing associations to build up elements influencing productivity at government medical setups. en_US
