As the war on terror in Afghanistan has been a dominant concern of U.S government after the 9/11 incident. Donald Trump was adamant about overhauling US foreign policy and putting 'America First.' According to which United States has faced the loss at both financial and mass level and don’t want to spend their resources on war anymore. United States accepted that Taliban are the dominant and the most influential political actors in Afghanistan, and this war can be concluded only when Taliban will be ready to end this war.
