dc.description.abstract | Pakistan has one of the strongest automobiles industries in the world. Brands like Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Hyundai, KIA, and now particularly MG and many new brands are operating here. Pakistan seems to possess a huge population that are avid consumers of automobiles and people who have the buying power to buy automobiles and to keep the automobile industry on its feet and running. Therefore, the aim of the report is to understand the supply chain of automobile industries and understand how they manoeuvre and operate despite having a complicated and complex supply chain design. It is important for a globally renowned organization to understand every geographical location and their buying behaviour that they are targeting. All around the world, every separate country has different culture and norms, and this eventually affects and influences the buying choices and behaviour of the consumers, therefore in order to market their products and sell them effectively it important to research and investigate beforehand rather than just enforcing and imposing the product and gradually failing. Talking in respect of the Pakistani consumer market, it differs from a lot of other countries therefore the organization of Honda should responsibly investigate and market the products according to the consumer behaviour and buying choices of the population that exists here. This report targets the organization of Honda which is quite globally known and accepted. Therefore, the supply chain perspective of the organization is being observed with respect to the geographical location of Pakistan and the target market Honda aims to acquire and is sustaining on. This report also illustrates major supply chain issues and how they can be tackled in order to keep the production procedure effective and beneficial for the organization of Honda with respect to the market and buying behaviour of Pakistan and its consumers | en_US |
