Abstract:
This research analyses the profound relationship between structural violence and health sector. Afghan migrants who are already the target of structural violence in Afghanistan come with so much hope and heart for the betterment and treatment becomes the target of structural violence here in Pakistan. This study is the qualitative base where with the help of purposive and convenient sampling, case studies of ten Afghan health migrants were taken .. Moreover, this research is also required as, especially in Pakistan, only accessible studies have been conducted on this topic and non for new Afghan migrants in the health sector. Moreover, the finding of this research indicates that structural violence is deeply rooted not only in the health care system in both countries but also other sectors as well. Their struggles start from the time they start treatment in Afghanistan and finally when they decide to come to Pakistan for treatment purposes. Their miseries take a new shape. After going through a horrific visa procedure and a very tiring and difficult journey, when they finally reach Pakistan. They face many troubles as they come with no guidance and no support and can even end up in the hands of those who can lead them astray.
