Digital Transformation in Education System.

Abstract

Our current education system in schools is facing many issues like many student dropouts, teachers progress problems, etc. while doing our background study, we found an issue in the schools that many students enter in the school. But the number of those students who take the matriculation examination is much less than the number of students who enter in school. There could be many reasons behind the above issues like financial instability of families/parents, parents may not afford expensive education for their children, or students may become victims of child labor, or there could be many other reasons. The authoritative bodies of Pakistan should identify where the students go and why they drop their studies. Given the seriousness of the problem, using nowadays latest technology, we have come up with a solution, which will be most beneficial for students, schools, and authoritative bodies. Using our project “Digital Transformation in Education System, the authoritative of Pakistan can easily see in which classes many students are dropping out of school. Then authoritative can find out the reasons why they cannot continue their education, and then this is responsibility of authoritative bodies to solve their hurdles which are stopping them to get education. We developed a web portal to cater to these problems. This project will be most beneficial for students to at least complete their matriculation. Furthermore, schools will be able to easily manage their students, record. Authoritative bodies will be able to easily keep track of total number of students in Pakistan and total number of students in each class. This system will eliminate the wastage of paper and it will take less time than traditional systems for the management of large numbers of students. Our web-based system would be a great innovation in the education sector. This system will be the source to help those students who are facing different kinds of problems to get education.
