Abstract

Many people’s livelihoods are dependent on the operation of their automobiles, which enable them to commute from one location to another, particularly to their place of employment. It is unavoidable that an automobile would require maintenance and will occasionally break down or malfunction. And a malfunction like this can happen during a commute. It’s sometimes on such a scale that it needs to be fixed right away or the vehicle will be rendered useless. As time passes, keeping the car running at all costs becomes nearly critical for the smooth operation of daily life. The majority of people in our country have no idea how a car works and are unable to repair problems with their own vehicles, making it impossible for them to travel. In any event, an automobile should be running at all times. If an automobile is not running, it is generating commuter issues and may escalate to even more serious issues. No one likes an automobile that causes problems, especially the owner. Having a working car would be extremely beneficial to the owner’s peace of mind. In these times, when all of the systems are being automated and going online even small business or startups, this project is related to automating the system of getting help for a car service or help on road side. It is one of the most common and daily faced issue by the general public of Pakistan. One can find assistance for a broken down car, especially during commute with great deal of effort or call a known person for help who can either overcharge or can take a great deal of time. This will help those who have no knowledge of cars especially women in our society which are usually reliant on the men of their house in such cases. This online system will help the commuter by making it easy to communicate with the local mechanic of an area that reduces time and cost of the process. Automated system will also bring service providers a source of income. The system will provide three different types of services, mechanic, towing truck or car and fuel delivery. These are the most common kind of services one can need while on commute and our application covers the most features like predicted car parts prices and payment system so that user doesn’t always have to pay cash. The admin will be doing all the regulatory work for the application, it will control, overlook all the complains and ensure the transparency of the system.
