dc.description.abstract The world today is rapidly advancing in technology and all this advancement is being credited to the new age technologies like Artificial Intelligence, 5G internet connectivity across the globe. The impact of rapid advancement on lives of masses is so much that this age is now being called as digital era. This digital transformation has its effect on nearly all the fields of life. It is due to this reason that this becomes much more important to know that what are changes that have been brought about by this digital transformation and the impact it has caused in different fields and sectors. Digital transformation has become the need of businesses to increase organizational performance. Being a scholar of Management sciences, in this research I have tried to explore the impact of digital transformation on organizational performance while organizational learning is the mediator in this study. Study was carried out on the banking sector as this sector has been the pioneer in adapting digital technologies and lot of research is also being carried out in the field of financial technologies in Pakistan. Majority of the population is linked with the banking sector as banking channels are now being utilized for most of the transactions. The study has shown that digital transformation is positively related to the organizational performance of banking sector and organizational performance has improved with the utilization of digital technologies in this sector.
