dc.description.abstract This project is based on the problems faced by a small size water bottle service provider company named Hyalin which is located in Rawat Industrial state. We have studied their supply chain operations process in detail and by critically analyzing their daily operations and interviewing their employees. we have found the problems faced by Hyalin in their daily operations, the problems including late deliveries, a manual system, low customer response and based on these problems we have proposed a solution which in our case will deeply satisfy their needs. We have introduced a customized software and mobile application for the rectification of issues faced by Hyalin. This app will cover most of their lagging parts and problems like delivery system optimization, customer-friendly interface for interaction, low production cost, and better demand forecasting. This will stream line their process and at the end of the day they have the data in their hand and they can easily utilize this data and improve further accordingly en_US
