Superior Lights – Parking System

Abstract

In this project we have launched a system which allows parking ease, this system uses different color light to display availability of parking space. This is a service focused toward enabling ease in parking spaces as it decreases the time in finding available parking space. This service is setup in parking space of malls in Islamabad and Rawalpindi and future expansion will be toward public parking spaces in twin cities. Thorough research conducted there is a positive response of people for this service and enabled us to target market gap with no competitor in market. Currently in the market there is a gap and as there is no competitor in the market, we got first movers’ advantage. We designed our system such that it can meet requirement of the market with our target market being Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We started from these two cities and as our service gets implemented and profits come in, we plan to expand to other cities. We are targeting this market segment using different marketing technique and using market research data. We designed our pitch to present our systems to business owners. We are using supplier to get components for our system and our advertisement is focused toward meeting goals of the project and providing quality to customers.
