Abstract:
The purpose of this project is to increase employee retention and employee performance in Toyota Motors G-6 Branch. It studies the relationship between employee retention and compensation and employee performance and training. Primary and secondary methods of data collection are used including interviews, questionnaires, and current trends in the firm on the above-mentioned areas. The main findings presented in this project are: (1) Compensation has a direct effect on employee retention and employee performance; (2) Training will significantly enhance employee performance by upskilling their skillset and through written pre and post feedback; (3) Some part of the Job workflow can be restructured for effective and efficient employee performance.
