dc.description.abstract The goal of this study was to investigate the Impact of Green Supply Chain Management Practices on Organizational Performance with the Moderating Role of Environmental Performance (EP). Green supply chain management is the most recent approach to reduce environmental pollution and make industries eco-friendly. For this purpose, the researcher used a quantitative research approach and collected data from 252 employees from a variety of organisations. Green supply chain practises are measured using four independent variables: green design, green purchasing, customer collaboration, and investment recovery, as well as one moderating variable, Environmental performance, and one dependent variable, Organizational performance. The disparate results highlight a disparity in the influence of green supply chain strategies on business success. More research is needed to improve our knowledge and understanding of green supply chain management methods, as well as to benefit managerial employees. As a result, the purpose of this research is to gain a better understanding of the relationship between GSCM practices and organizational performance in the context of Pakistan's manufacturing industry. It is, to the best of our knowledge, the first empirical study in this topic from the standpoint of Pakistan's manufacturing industry. Successful implementation of green supply chain practices such as customer collaboration, environmentally friendly purchasing, environmentally friendly design, and investment recovery improved environmental and economic performance, thereby supporting and improving organizational and operational performance. en_US
