| dc.description.abstract | The research study aims to analyze the effect of talent management TM approaches on performance of the employees at higher education institutions of Pakistan by mediation of talent management outputs. A standardized questionnaire was used to gather data from a convenience survey of 226 talented employees in the Rawalpindi-Islamabad area of higher education institutions. The data where evaluated using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression tests. The findings revealed that talent management approaches have a substantial and positive effect on the performance behavior of employees; while the talent management outcomes TMO mediate the interaction among talent management strategies TMS and performance behavior of employee EP. The findings also given new perspectives into the study's phenomena. It also offered management opportunities to prepare as well as undertake effective intervention to enhance the efficiency employee performance and for sustainable competitive advantage of organizations | en_US |
