dc.description.abstract This study has emphasized mainly on investigating the relationship between office ergonomics, job satisfaction and employee performance in banking industry of Pakistan. This study has considered furniture, equipment and lighting & noise as independent variables. Whereas, job satisfaction has been considered as the moderating variable. However, employee performance has been considered as the dependent variable in this study. Meanwhile, this study has finalized banking industry of twin cities in Pakistan to testify the relationship between variables mentioned above. The major emphasis in this study has been on assessing the relationship between employee performance, representing office ergonomics (independent variables), job satisfaction (moderating variable) and employee performance (dependent variable) in banking industry of twin cities in Pakistan. To prove this relationship, a survey has been conducted through an adopted structured questionnaire regarding this literature, in which employees working in banking industry of twin cities in Pakistan, have been requested to share their experiences by filling the questionnaires. Then, to identify the results on data gathered from the respondents, statistical instruments have been used. Some of the statistical instruments used in this study includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, etc. Results derived through statistical instruments have shown that there exists a significant positive relationship between furniture, equipment and lighting & noise (independent variables) and employee performance (dependent variable) in banking industry of twin cities in Pakistan. Conclusively, it has been proved that job satisfaction significantly moderates the relationship between office ergonomics (furniture, equipment and lighting & noise) and employee performance in banking industry of twin cities in Pakistan. en_US
