dc.description.abstract This study investigates the relationship between training, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance in banking sector of Pakistan. This study has considered training and compensation as independent variables, job satisfaction as moderating variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. However, banking sector of Pakistan has been the sector chosen to investigate the relationship between variables mentioned above. Quantitative research method was used as primary data was collected through adoptive structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale. The responses were recorded from 300 respondents (employees working in banking sector of Pakistan) through convenience sampling technique. Responses recorded were analyzed through statistical tests such as correlation, regression and moderation by using SPSS Software. The results indicate that training and compensation positively effects employee performance in banking sector of Pakistan. However, moderation analysis has revealed that job satisfaction significantly moderates the relationship training and compensation (independent variables) and employee performance (dependent variable) in banking sector of Pakistan en_US
