dc.description.abstract This study is focused mainly on identifying the impact of work environmental factors on employee performance in the higher education institutions of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. In this study, physical work environment and supervisor support has been considered as independent variables. Whereas, employee performance has been considered as the dependent variable. Meanwhile, this study has finalized higher education institutions of Islamabad and Rawalpindi to investigate the relationship between work environmental factors on employee performance. To prove this relationship, a survey has been conducted through a structured questionnaire by involving employees working in higher education institutions of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, a quantitative analysis with 217 respondents is performed Then, data analysis has been done based on collected data through various statistical instruments including descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression analysis. Results have revealed that there exists a significant relationship between physical work environment and supervisor support (independent variables) and employee performance (dependent variable) in the higher education institutions of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The results of this study show the variables are positively correlated with each other and have a positive effect on each other and if institutions provide appropriate physical working environment and supervisor support that can help the employees to perform well. en_US
