dc.description.abstract Purpose Employee Commitment is the principal ingredient in being ascertain whether its environment is healthy or not. The main purpose is to understand the function of Human activities such as Salary, Job Stability, Job Enrichment on Employee Commitment alongside the role ofJob Satisfaction in several industries of Pakistan. resource Methodology & Design Sample size opted for this research was 384. Data is analyzed using SMART-PLS software. Findings The findings indicate that all the factors have significant impact on Employee Commitment and form a basis for favorable growth in the organization. Limitations One of the limitations is that the ground of this study is limited to people of Karachi. It cannot be generalized with people of other countries and provinces as their point of view might vary. Recommendations Management should conduct compensation survey and gain information from its employees. Also, they should support their interests in the best way possible to reduce stress within workplace. en_US
