dc.description.abstract To maintain stability and consistency in this competitive and globalized world, organization needs to design new strategies and policies to deal with the rapid changes. Organization needs to invest in the intellectual capital which is taking over the need of physical and financial capital of the company. The intellectual capital includes training and development of the employees, maintenance of the customer relationships, the advanced technological systems, and many others. Although organizations have ignored this but in today's time, researchers and scholars have emphasized the importance of measuring the intellectual capital and knowledge sharing among the employees for the maintenance of emotional stability. This research is an attempt to measure the impact of the knowledge sharing on the intellectual capital with the moderating role of emotional stability. The literature for this topic has been collected from the authentic journals and the primary data was gathered from the population-based in Islamabad through self-administered questionnaire. For analyzing the collected data, SPSS has been used. the conclusion determines that the knowledge sharing positively impacts the human capital, structural capital, and relational capital of the company. The outcomes clearly identifies that the information sharing positively impacts the organizational performance and the emotional stability e plays a vital role in strengthening the relationship between the intellectual capital and the organizational performance. According to the study, the emotionally stable workforce shares the information easily which impacts the overall performance. It was also observed that the knowledge sharing plays a positive mediating role for maintaining the relationship between the intellectual capital and the performance. The study is very beneficial from the research point of view as well as the practitioner’s point of view. en_US
