dc.description.abstract This study is linked between the rewards such as financial rewards and non financial rewards. The variables were identified in one of the study in Malaysia on rewards with satisfaction of employees. The study suggested to further research on the performance of the employees with regard to the rewards. The reason of this research is to gauge the impact of financial and non financial rewards on the employee performance specifically in the health sector of twin cities. The research is limited because of the current scenario of world due to COVID-19. In order to get to know the effect of these independent variables over the dependent one, we collected data from different sources, by google forms and complied them to be analyzed which has ultimately shown us the dependency of one over another. the study resulted in the positive relation of financial rewards and non financial rewards with the employee performance. The outcome of the study is important for the health industry in any field to get the performance of employees via improving the practices and policies of reward management being used in an organization en_US
