dc.description.abstract This paper investigates the impact of isolation at workplace on employee’s intention to quit job and job performance with a moderating role of perceived supervisory support in the banking sector of Pakistan. This research proposes a model that shows the impact of workplace isolation on job quit and job performance and have a significant influence by the help of perceived supervisory support as a moderator. The approach used in this research is quantitative and used to support the theoretical model with the help of online survey. The results of all the items used in the questionnaire are analyzed with the SPSS methodology (considered credible source for exploratory research). The results drawn from 240 respondents presents that workplace isolation do influence the employee’s intention to quit job and job performance significantly and having perceived supervisor support as a moderator. Furthermore, the research imply that the banking sector of Pakistan can make use of management by the employees and HR analysts by considering the workplace environment and its impact on employees that are joint to obtain the affective outputs. This study also has some limitations of time constraint, limited sample and targeted variables, but it enables further researchers a platform for future studies. The research also demonstrates the ideal features of workplace isolation to engage potential employees and to get the interest of the employees towards the workplace. en_US
