| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The ultimate purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of sourcing on logistic performance in FMCG sector of Karachi. However, in order fulfil this objective, three main factors were explored which incudes, outsourcing, product variety, and product quality Methodology & Design The quantitative research was the research method. Moreover, structure questionnaire was adopted and distrusted to 384 FMCG managers. Convenience sampling technique was selected as sample type. Findings The finding was revealed that outsourcing, product quality and product variety have a positive impact on logistic performance. Limitations Due to fee Covid-19 situation, reaching out to the respective employees the biggest problem as government announced lockdown for specific period and also most of the organization move towards work from home strategy. Also because of the time constraint, the scope ofthis study is only limited to the FMCG sector ofKarachi. were Recommendations Other variables like cost reduction and supply chain integration may also use to check its impact on logistics performance.
